Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or personal preference. Please ensure all product details, images, and size guides are reviewed carefully prior to purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:

● Is faulty or defective
● Arrives damaged
● Is significantly different from its description or images
● Is not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, clear photos and package opening videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

● Artificial jewellery and earrings
● Hair accessories
● Custom-made or altered items
● Sale or clearance items under any category are not refundable

Approved Returns

If a return is approved:

● Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
● Original tags and packaging must be intact
● Items must be returned in original condition
● Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
